When not thinking about ways to increase occupancy and average daily rates, I enjoy playing pinball and spending time with my dog, Clifford.


My favorite part of the hospitality industry is how all of the separate departments come together to create an unforgettable experience for the guests. You don’t realize just how much goes in to making a hotel operate until you’ve seen it firsthand.


I got started in the hospitality industry by applying at the front desk at the Ambassador Hotel Wichita during college. I wanted to try something different and working in my family’s retail store wasn’t a great fit for me. Now, I feel like I’ve become part of a family by joining Coury Hospitality.

Wynn started her career with Coury Hospitality as a Front Desk Associate at the Ambassador Hotel Wichita, quickly earning a promotion to form part of the hotel’s sales team. Wynn worked full time as a Sales Coordinator while carrying a full course-load at Wichita State University, pursing her dual degrees in Business Administration and Spanish, graduating with honors in 2017. Shortly thereafter, she received a promotion and transitioned into Revenue Management.
