I started in the hospitality industry at the age of 15 as a golf caddie and went on to become a ski instructor at a local ski mountain where I fell in love with hospitality. I would spend a lot of time with all different kinds of people in great and so not great weather conditions and needed to learn how to make their experience amazing.
I love the opportunity to make a guest for life by giving an extraordinary experience. I enjoy most having the guest tell their friends and family about the experience we have curated for them until their next experience with us.
