Pierpont Inn – Coming Soon

A historic 86-room property encompassing 7 buildings over 6 acres, the Pierpont Inn will undergo a full renovation and conversion to Tribute Portfolio. Steps from the beach and close proximity to downtown, the Pierpont Inn project will restore a culturally significant building and reenergize the hotel. Opening in late 2023, Coury Hospitality will serve as preopening consultant and hotel manager.
